Hi Debapratim, you have some fine subjects down your neck of the woods, and I have never seen this species before. I really like the light in this, well exposed, and I do like the detail and colours on the face/head. The upper BG is tops. As the reflection is not showing up much, I would crop up from the bottom in line with the blacks of the neck, and brown of the head. ( you can do a mouse scroll to see if you agree or not ) I would also remove the smaller catchlight.

Great looking bird, in sweet light, nice head turn and lovely background. Another vote for a crop as suggested by Stu. The reflection is not worth it.

    What a great looking duck.
    Great light and BG.
I agree with a crop from the bottom.
I would love to see this duck in real life some day!

It is a beautiful image with perfect light and bg. High IQ, fine feather detail and the calm water all adding to it. I have never seen this species before so thanks for sharing it.

Nice looking light and bird. Detail is nice here and you have a clean BG. I like the crop suggested by Stu and I agree with cloning out the second catchlight. This is a really minor thing but theres a faint line that goes above the birds head, I think I would try to soften that a bit as my eye gets drawn to it. TFS

This is a winner! I'd move the bird up so as to get rid of some of the empty space above his head.
That would also let you grab the top of the reflection. I personally like blurred reflection like this
so I hope you don't crop it away.

Great-looking frame of a very beautiful and unique duck. The pose, colors and details look fantastic and I love the green background. I also would remove the reflection below up to the neck I also would remove the Second small catchlight in the eye, if you're not opposed to cloning. Gives the eye a sharper look. Very nice work

Absolute beauty, Debapratim. What a stunning bird in great light, beautifully captured and presented in magnificent detail. Great POV too. Nothing I'd change here. I'm happy with the reflection as presented but others posting on this are much more experienced and skilled than I am so go with their suggestions.
