Very nice John.
The whites look good and very good HA. Just enough pop of red to add some interest to the WP.
I really like the perch and the snow on it. Good comp.
I see a couple of snowflakes against the WP body.They do not add much to the scene and I would be tempted to clone out the one that is squarish in shape.

Awesome image! Ihave been after this species for a while without success. Would be cool to have a
bit more DOF on the wonderful perch, but that's easily said after the fact, right?

Nice pose and perch. The details and exposure look good too. The few OOF flakes on the shoulder aren't ideal but overall a very nice capture. Well done
