Nice and sharp image of a little bird in flight. Good POV.
I am not crazy about the reflection.I would clone out the lowest reflection and the solitary black shape in the LLC.
I would also work on the shadows under the near wing to bring out more detail.
FYI- The word "criticism" should be replaced with "critique". Criticism means saying negative things but critique means a thoughtful analysis and assessment of the image in which the good and the bad are discussed. I am not trying to be a "smarty pants" English teacher-just being helpful.
    Hope this helps,
    Gail

Thanks a ton for your input. As the frame is a crop, I tried my best to control noise and refrained from pulling out the shadows too much. But I feel a little more could have been done.
    Thanks again.
    With warm regards,
    Somdeb
