This is Lilac-breasted Roller #2 from a overcast mid morning in Botswana. They all had different degrees of feather richness and of course that would change with the quality of light. C&C welcome.

I like this one much more Geoff. Really interesting perch and I like the habitat included. Details look good as well. I might be tempted to clone out the blade of grass that is closest to the birds head. Also I think you could push the colors a little bit more to help accentuate their extreme beauty.

I agree with Isaac that I like this one more. This is really gorgeous. Great background, beautiful colors on the bird, and a cool perch. I think I might be tempted to clone out the blue bit up top since its so minor I find it pulling my eye.TFS

This is nice and sharp, with gorgeous colors. I really like the colorful marshy background. Well captured. I must have missed this one.

Yeah Geoffrey, this is a "rockin "roller" hahaha The colors are so pleasing, i like the pose HA and the diagonal lines throughout really enhance the composition. At 2000 iso i see no noise, well done.

I, too, like this one much better than the other.
Love the colors and IQ on the bird. Great HA.
I would fill in the blue area at the top of the frame with the green from the BG.
