Default River Tern incoming pose in morning light

I shot this River Tern in a recent trip to Manglajodi, Odissa, India in the early winter-morning light. I took the risk of shooting wide open to push up the shutter speed, hand holding and standing on a manual boat.
    Nikon (D500 & 500 f4) Shutter - 1/3200 seconds, F – 4, Exposure Program - Manual control, Metering – Spot, ISO – 800, WB – Sunny, Focus Mode – AF-C.

    I APPRECIATE CRITICISMS.
THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR VIEWING & INPUTS.

N.B. When saving for web-ready version, I am reducing the quality to fit the 600 KB file size using Adobe Photoshop CC. Is this the proper way to post?

Looks quite good for the difficult shooting conditions. Like the light and that sweet green background.

Good head-on pose in great light. The square comp works well enough. A bit "smudgy" in lower right corner, I'd be tempted to clean that corner up.
