Default Osprey - coming to leaf

Came upon an Osprey couple that built their nest on a lower than average pole. Lots of fun watching them build their nest. Can't wait to shoot feeding Osprey at Blue Cypress Lake in a few weeks.

Sweet landing shot Joel, like the view of the nest, wish for a nicer BG which you will get on blur cypress

I like the wing position as it's coming in, the detail in the feathers, and I like where you placed the bird in the frame as it balances nicely with the nest (and bird in the nest). Thanks for sharing this one.

The nest at the bottom makes this work. It gives the image a visual anchor. Nice pose on the bird with the nesting material.

The one on the nest looks less than impressed with the chore ahead of it! Good incoming pose form the landing one. I do wish it was a bit closer to the nest. Although I've never been, I know you will enjoy Blue Cypress Lake.
