On a lovely overcast morning in Botswana recently, spotted these Hornbills perched on a branch, one back to. The males have modest casque on the top of the bill. Lifers for me. C&C welcome.

Removed some distracting twigs in cs6.

From a birding perspective I really like this shot as it allows us to study both the front and backside of the species. Photographically, it would
be strengthened by more eye contact and less clutter, but it's a good result for what clearly looks like an completely natural, in-field capture.

nive to get both sharp in the frame, Agree it's a bit cluttered and the BG can use some NR, you can also make the tones a bit warmer

    Hi Geoffrey,
Really interesting birds and you captured them well. I thinking cropping some from the bottom may help.

I like this one Geoffrey, great to not only see an unusual (to most of us) bird, but we get to see details of both the front and back! Environment is busy but fine for my taste
