I went to Circle B Bar Reserve in Polk County, Florida, Friday afternoon capturing this image. I saw and watched this bird foraging on the ground hoping it would fly to a perch. When it did the perch was in a area of shade, resulting in the high ISO. Comments and critique welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for viewing.

    Hi Joseph,
I like the pose you captured but I think I can tell the effect of the high ISO on the bird. Rather busy background and foreground to the left.

Nice pose and a cool shot of a bird I've seen a ton but have not a lot of luck getting close to . Even in the shade the color is nice. I agree with Allen that the high ISO is showing. I think I would clone out or smooth out the white part in the upper right corner of the BG. TFS
