    Hi all,
Here's Double-barred Finch that was taken hand-held a while ago. I've been happy to receive constructive criticism in my previous posts, and hope that this will enable me to improve my bird photography. Canon 7D Mk2, 100-400 lens at 360mm, f5.6, iso400 and ETTL flash (Canon 580EXii) Minor adjustments in ACR, then into Photoshop CC for crop, resize for web (1900px wide) and sharpen. I'm happy with the background bokeh, but know there is a brighter section above and to the left of the bird's head, which I decided not to try and fix. Feedback appreciated as always. Cheers.

*Just posted...the photo is very large and requires scrolling...is this ok? as 1900 pixels wide is a suggested size

Hi Stuart. I agree...but I was trying the 2 phase sharpening as outlined in the "how to prepare for bpn submissions" info I found on this site. However, I think just one round of sharpening would have been enough.
