Very pretty light and nice flight pose. Good to see both eyes as well. I love how the water seems to be giving the bird a path to follow. Nice to see you posting again. I look forward to your shots. Have you noticed that you can now post up to 1920 wide? This would look great larger. Only thing I see is the front grass looks a little too smoothed out. I would back of the NR in that area.

Fantastic head on pose Frank - is this from this year? i remember you had some lovely shots last 'season'.
Personally I think the sharpness / NR looks a bit overcooked but only slightly

i did not know that you ve got so beautifull pictures from this owl on texel.
I know that this birds are there, but it is hard to come so close, isn`t it ?
Was Near the Lighthouse in the north ??
