This little guy was sitting on one of the pasture fences obviously looking to build a new nest. I cropped out a lot of the fence rail.

    Hi Sid,
Sweet bird and lovely pose! I would be tempted to crop or clone out the green strip on the right of the picture. Also, perhaps the eye could be a little sharper? Apart from the green I really like the background.

Hi Sid - Head angle looks good, light looks good.

Agree with the crop ,I D/L - recropped to remove the green strip, hsrapened the eye, sharpend the entire image and got rid of some bg noise.

    Hope you like

    Excellent re post Lance !!!

Good base image properly exposed and sharp Good bird placement within frame, would rather have the stick so the bill would show but good catch !!

Thanks for the repost Lance. I like yours much better. What did you use to remove noise and what sharpen values?

Hi Sid - I used arties recommended settings - although only once -as you had probbaly already sharpened it.

Used noise ninja for the noise reduction. - Artie has a peice in the educational resources section on sharpening.

Hey Sid, as Alfred said, good image and made even better with Lance's PS work. I am impressed with the nice detail and color of the feet...almost look translucent.
