    I captured this image at Circle B Bar Reserve in Polk County, Florida. Comments and critique welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for viewing.

    Love spoonbills. Details look great and I like the feeding behavior. With the nice look at the bill. Just wish the body was turned a little more parallel to the back of the camera.

    Nice shot, there is a faint blue cast in particular on top of the back. I like the pose and composition.

    Hi Isaac, I know parallel to the back of the camera provides focus with all on the same plane. Now I am going to play the devil's advocate for the sake of discussion. If the depth of field is deep enough to have the bird in focus why not capture the image even though it is not parallel to the back of the camera. It seems that with every bird parallel to the back of the camera all birds would be in profile which would be cookie cutter with all images the same.
