    Default Chestnut-sided Warbler

Here's another from my Ontario trip. I didn't quite have the ideal light angle for this image...but I still like it.

    Camera Model: Canon EOS 40D
    Shutter speed: 1/500 sec
    Aperture: 8
    Flash: Off

Thats a beauty Glenn! Looks like you pushed those whites right to the edge (work monitor). The comp is good, maybe a bit more room on top?

Agree with Mike on the room at the top, with the bird looking up would like to see it !!! Love the fine detail and feel !!!

Nice singing pose and great light. Another vote for more room at the top. Did he just sing or did you use sounds?

Love the pose and open beak. The whites are a bit hot for me....

Glen- Looks like you had a great trip to Ontario. This is another outstanding image. I agree with the comment to give more breathing room at the top.

Pretty darned good, but darkening the pupil and lightening the iris would improve it a ton. Love the singing pose.

Beautiful warbler Glen, with about as good a singing pose as you could hope for! I agree about more room up top, and also with Artie's suggestion to give the eye a little more oomph.
