Nice catch (both you and the bird). Like the vertical nature of the upper background - not common. How far were you from the bird? Much crop?

Great looking frame Tim. Love the perfect position of the trout in the birds feet and the fact that we can see its eye, mouth and gills well. Birds wing and head position is kind of cool too. Well done

Very nice. Great look at the fish. The eye of the osprey between the wings is nice.

    Tim:
Great pose, grip on fish, color harmony, comp.

I wish the bird and fish were just a bit sharper.

    Cheers

Excellent image Tim! I like the ospreys head peeking through between the wings, catch, HA's, setting and composition.

love the soft light and the nice BG that also shows the environment, fish is a big plus too and I like how the head is visible between the wings. looks like RAW is sharp just need to sharpen a tad more

Hi Tim, I like the show of those huge wings of the Osprey, and great that this is a natural catch. ( baited fish are always taken upside down ). The Osprey pops from the BG, and your repost has addressed the sharpness.
