Hi Sanjeev a nice looking portrait of this female , you have nice realistic colors and good detail . Sharpness spot on ....The ears stretched to both sides does look very nice to me .
Not sure about the head angle ...but you had no choice i bet .
Nice separation from the BG . Overall i do think the image appears quite dark and a bit flat in the tones , i think the subject needs a bit more " form " .

I like the pose and composition Sanjeev and this one shows great detail. However, I second Andreas' comment that it looks a little dark and flat tonally. Worth a revisit, I think.

Hi Sanjeev - Again, nice to see something different. I also like the pose and detail but agree with Andreas and Glenn on it being a bit dark and flat. Just watch the hls near the ear as you make any adjustments.
