Typically I would say that I wish that you had a better head angle but here I think the head being down just adds to the drama of the scene. It perfectly portrays the feeling of what else do I need to deal with. The frozen grass and the freezing rain are fantastic. This is just great.

Beautiful! I agree with Isaac's comment on head angle. Normally looking up would be better, but with the falling precipitation it adds to the photograph much more than a standard head angle wood. Nice job!

Terrific capture, Sasan. I love the somewhat dejected downturn of the head, and the ice-covered grass. The SS captured the freezing rain nicely. Thanks for sharing it.

This is superb stuff. I love the scene here for sure. I agree witht he comments above, on this occasion there's no need for a good head angle, the way the bird is looking down in dispair it adds to the whole feel of the image.

This is very cool. Same thoughts as above re: the head angle. It's the frozen grass that makes it for me. Great SS for the rain. No nits from me. Bit of blood on the beak is cool. TFS

Another WOW shot, Sasan. So much to like here: the sleet, frozen ground cover, colour palette and pose of the bird clearly attempting to avoid the worst of the weather. All with great detail, great pov and beautifully processed.
