    I captured this image in a local preserve in February of 2015. C&C welcome.

    D700, Nikon 500mm f/4G + 1.4 TC, 1/800s, f 7.1, ISO 1250, Gitzo, Wimberley Gimbal head.

    I would take a healthy crop off the LHS to get rid of the area that looks like a bad cloning job! I would also take a sliver off the rhs and increase the contrast slightly on the harrier.
    Like the snow and the moody feeling.

    That is a field and a small clearing on rolling hills behind the pine on the left. I wanted to keep the pine for balance, but I think if the hills were more defined it would have helped. I added a bit of contrast to the harrier too.
