    Lovely bird, a species I wish to see and photograph some day. You have good details on the bird and good HA. I do feel the rock on the left hand side bottom corner to be distracting. If it was mine I would also clone out the very small white spot right at the bottom of the eye.

    Lot's for me to like in this one, Jon. Wonderful colours on the bird and great detail from the blacks right through to the whites. Excellent low POV and fine background. I'm not that keen on the rock on the left but not a major issue either. Composition is effective. Keep them coming!

    Nice looking frame Jon. The OOF rock does take the eye from the subject slightly. Great POV and detail on the bird. I was photographing them myself this weekend on Cairngorm. Great subjects Good work.
