    Default Snow Goose Flight

    This image was taken in Bosque Del Apache Yesterday Morning at Crane Pools.

    I like the full wing position with the curled wing tips.

    Nikon D500, 500mm f/4
    ISO 1000, f/5.6, 1/1600 sec


    Post processing:-

    Cloned out the branch at the Bottom Left corner.
    Noise Reduction and 25-25 Nik Color Effect Pro

    Let me know your thoughts and comments on the same.

    I like the soft light, BG, wing position and the habitat. the head doesn't look quite sharp to my eye though

    Excellent wing position and framing, Krishna. Lot's to like here. Background is great and the black and white on the bird, while quite challenging, look well handled. Detail seems fine to me but always hard to be sure on these small images. Nice work.

    The thumbnail does not do the image justice, I was pleasantly surprise after clicking on it. I like the perfectly parallel flight path. The BG is beautiful overall, but I do feel that the paler grass blade cutting behind the goose's neck is unfortunate. You could tone it down in post.
