Not the cleanest of images, but I thought this worked. The bird totally relaxed, in its natural habitat. Another early morning shot from the Glen.

Will, the thumbnail looked a bit like a squirrel with arched tail! I always like it when a bird or other wildlife goes about its business seemingly oblivious to my presence and that's what I think when I look at this. A nice moment of natural behaviour captured. I don't think this is as strong as your other recent grouse images though. One significant issue is the softness on the foreground plumage which isn't ideal. Focus lock in the wrong spot here, I suspect. The grass across the tail and the foreground also don't work as well in this shot which has more of an 'arty' feel to it. For me, those types of shots need the shapes, colours and tones of the subject to be relatively uninterrupted to work well. A difficult ask for a ground bird like this. I do like the sinuous shape of the bent around neck though. Thanks for sharing.
