A lioness relaxes at the Mara in nice light. Toned down the reds and yellows again. This was just after the golden light had passed. 7D II

Well it is sharp! I don't really understand why you chose such a fast shutter speed, both she and your camera were pretty still I would have guessed (??). I would have gone for f8-11 given the light (probably taking at different apertures to actually see the difference).
Not too sure about the colours, it looks a little washed out to me.

Hi Sanjeev - She does look relaxed and the eye contact is good. The light looks a bit strong so I agree with Jon on the techs. If it were mine I would give the midtones of the lion a slight boost.

Sanjeev, I like the expression on the lion - a little different to usual. It does look washed out to me too so I'd be playing with the tones to make it a bit richer. I'm not sure about the composition on this one. I'd be inclined to take some off the left of the frame. Always nice to view another image from your remarkable portfolio of lion images.

Hi Sanjeev, not perhaps the most flattering angle/POV but I like the look. SS is way to high, but DoF looks spot on to me.
