    Cattle Egret at Palo Alto Baylands, CA, in early May. They are actually quite rare around here.

    John I like you exposure and composition on this High Key image. I would be tempted to clean up the dirty bill though and perhaps, add a little more room (<1/4 inch) at the top.

    Exposure, pose and details look good. I only wish for a lower angle.

    I especially like the perch and the look back over the shoulder. And the rear toes hooked over the plam frond.
