Hi Jon - He looks angry! Nice low pov and detail. I like the fall colors in the bg too. This works quite well for me.

Hi Jon, when you said "similar but different" I thought I had missed something and went back looking!

I think this is a lot different to your previous posts and to me, your best yet. Great low POV and Autumn colours in the background. More bored than angry!

The darker tones on the tynes and the face look a little thin, to me - I'd be tempted to add a bit to darken them.

    Very cool image!

This deer looks like he is not impressed. Nice frame like the composition and the detail.

I'm a bit late on this one Jon but I do like it. I'm guessing the animal is lying down? That look really makes this shot for me. Detail, tone and colour look great to me and background is wonderful as is the framing by the foreground grass. Nice work.

Hi Jon a nice rack with a spectacular autumn BG .... i do like the FG grass .
Overall lovely color and tone , the look of that rack is somewhat odd ...have you just woken him up

Detail and sharpness do look good , i think you can afford a bit more in the antlers .

Hi Jon, a tad more at the foot for me, it's a wee bit tight I feel, like the Autumnal backdrop.

Andreas, can you clarify the last part, I'm a little unclear, thanks.

Steve , sorry for being unclear with my wording .
I meant that the antlers that are in focus, could be a bit sharper from my POV .
    Cheers Andreas

I have upgraded.....just a typo from my side in Marmot discussion thread

    I think more DoF too.

LR & PSCC is certainly faster do you not think?

Yes a bit more DOF would be better , but as not changeable afterwards i skipped that in my comment

To be honest i have not recognized more speed in PS ....as i do not use LR i cannot say .
PS already working fast on my machine before the update .

What do you think about the new masking options ? Why the heck do they not implement proper lumo masks in LR /ACR ???????

Andreas, were going a tad 'off topic' , but in answer to the later, they do, how do you think I learnt years ago, but it took 15 mins plus to make them via 'Subtractions & Calculations', but all very basic, not to the degree that is available now.
