    Dew covered honey bee on goldenrod flower. Used a reflector to bounce some light on the bee. Camera on sticks triggered with a remote. Image adjustments in Lightroom.

    Congratulations that is excellent, I am guessing you managed 1/20 sec because he was still asleep?

    Thanks Jonathan, yes still asleep and very cold he's not going anywhere.

    An excellent image John! You really nailed the focus on the bee and nice use of the reflector! Also good comp and background. I don't mind the softness on part of the flower head as that pushes my eye right back to your subject.
