    Default Great Egret in Autumnal Setting.

    It's not everyday we see a Great Egret in such autumnal surroundings. I thought I'd show it small in the frame and let stand the beautiful fall foliage share a bit of spotlight. If you are interested, I also have a new blogpost (finally) about photographing birds small in the frame here:

    Tough to beat Autumnal colours when going for a shot like this, and even better with a white subject that really pops and bring the eye in. Nice placement i the frame,

    Nice composition colors and great pop with the white bird. I liked the blog post -- small in frame I need to think more about consciously and not just when I can't get close enough. That snowy owl shot in your blog is also stunning. TFS
