This was my second image take at Bryce Canyon National Park Utah. Again the subject was in shade. I moved back to ensure that I got a little bit of green in the image.

I made several images and I like this one in the sequence.

    Nikon D500, 300mm f/4
    ISO 1250, f/5.6, 1/640 sec
Manual Mode, Matrix Metering +3 EV

Krishna, the tone and contrast on the bird look a lot better in this than your earlier post. Detail also looks excellent and great catchlight in the eye. Not much can be done about the washed out sky except to maybe grey it a little. Might work but hard to say without trying. I think your framing and composition work well.

Thank you for the comments Glenn. I did not like the blue cast in the background etc so I went for whitish colored sky.

Hi Krishna, I like this post much more than your previous (which was also very nice!) -- the details and calling pose are great and the bit of greenery really adds. I don't really mind the washed out sky but I really like highkey shots so personal preference. A bit unfortunate about that branch cutting the tail but not much to do about that. TFS
