Very nice pose, eye contact and angle. I might raise the color temperature a few degrees since the whites have a slight blue cast on my monitor and I would tone down the whites a bit.
A crop from the bottom to the spot where the branch begins to bend would strenghten this quite a bit. Why? It would minimize the light area at the bottom of the frame, shift more emphasis to the bird, and eliminate the kinked part of the perch. Love the food item. It looks as if the face could be a bit sharper.

Repost - Thanks for the recommendations. I agree, they make a difference. I have only been doing bird photography for about 10 months and have learned sooo much since joining BPN - a great forum and source of information.
The re-post is much improved. I would have cropped a bit lower to include the entire circular scar just above the kink in the branch. Last suggestion: select the iris with a Quick Mask and lighten it a bit.
