    Went to a hawk watch where a wildlife rehabilitator came and released a couple hawks. They also had some owls. Managed to grab a few frames. Image adjustments in Lightroom. Hand held. Full frame.

    Nice detail you have here John. I like the various brown colours throughout the image. The open bill adds. did you manage to capture any, with the bird looking directly towards you.

    Hi John, great to see you getting a faster SS on this one. DoF looks about right with a pin sharp eye to boot.

    Personally I think it's going a bit too warm on the Temp. If you peg it back and then have a revisit in the Exposure module you will get a lot more from the RAW. How much 'colour' you then add in is personal choice, but you have a better handle then I do .
