My contribution to the month's theme. I have posted a similar image in colour & had got a feed back to go tighter & vertical. Here is another frame from that series. Hope you like it.

Lovely frame Sanjeev, with a great range of tones and excellent detail. I like the tight crop. The only thing I'd change is to tone down the highlights around the face especially below the nose and lower jaw. Thanks for sharing.
Hi Sanjeev -- I was expecting a Lion image from you for this months theme and what nice subjects they make for a BW conversion. I liked the framing and the eye contact , details look good but some what lacking those fine details. I think the whites on its mouth are on borderline , i am 50-50 on it . But liked this image overall . Very nicely done .
Hi Sanjeev - I like the tight, almost frame filling portrait. It does lend itself well to a conversion but I think you can bring out more detail. Some of the whites are hot and some of the blacks are choked. Which program did you use for the conversion? I think it is worth taking another look at this one.
Hi Sanjeev a lovely frame filler ...for sure .
Nice one , i am actually ok with the contrast and would accept choked blacks and blown whites in this case . But could also see a version with Rachelīs thoughts and a hint of toning .
I would try to play with a Tri Tone .
Love the eyes .
