    Lovely shot but I think it is suffering from Canon contrast. The image looks rather heavy to me.

    Hi Thomas,
    Love the pose on top of the vegetation and great BG. I'm not familiar with this species so can't really comment on accuracy of color, etc. Trying minor adjustments of contrast may be worth a look but overall a rather stunning image IMO.

    A lovely image of the bird Thomas, with nice soft BG colours but the darks seem somewhat harsh. It w/b nice if you could pull out the spiderwebs to be more apparent.

    What a Nice image. Beautiful little bird, the perch works well, and the background looks great. I have to agree on the "heavy" look.

    Thanks guys. Not sure if agree with the 'heavy' word with this picture, maybe just a little bit less contrast would be better. But honestly i haven't done anything differently than i do with other pictures, just levels and limunosity curves to add a little contrast. When i compare to other posted stonechat photos i don't see it that much more contrast on it, maybe tiny more.
