This Mockingbird and King bird were hunting off the same branch without any interaction until they both decided to go after the same gnat or mosquito. I got several frames of the attack before they flew off. Shot from car, Nikon D5, 600mm with 1.4 tc, ISO 2000 F5.6 at 1/2000 sec. Thanks always for your CCs

Spectacular. Everything about the kingbird is perfect and that you got a peek at the face of the mocking bird puts this one over the top.

Glenn sweet interaction shot, and you got both of their eyes, nice details and I like the crop, BG and HA on the Kingbird.

I love this! Absolutely topnotch photography. Love the action, the IQ, the fanned tail.
    Wish this was mine!

Very well captured Glenn. I love the fanned tail of the perched bird and the facial expression on the bird in flight is priceless. Good work.

Nice work, Glenn. Great sharp look at the Kingbird, and the aggressive flared tail of the Mockingbird really helps tell the story.

Well done Glenn. The King bird is so nice on it's own, but the look and visible eye of the Mocking really adds.

That was a fun morning and what a cool interaction we had front of us. Nice colors and details on this one. Glad one of us at least got the frame. Well done
