Last week when I was at Ft. Desoto I was fortunate that both the dark and white Reddish Egrets were on the beach. It seems that the white is more of a rarity than the dark morph, not sure just seems that way from infrequent sightings. Comments and critique welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for viewing.

Well captured Joseph. Always a happy day to run into a morph at Ft. Desoto as they are less common. You captured a nice pose, and the raised foot adds. The whites have a slight yellow cast on my monitor, but with nice details.
Nice find! I did not see any white morphs at Fort deSoto this year.
I like the walking pose and agree with others re: more room on the right and a bit of a yellow cast to the bird.
I also wish he was moving towards you or a better HA.

Yes to the yellow, and I feel that the wave cutting behind the head is a bit of a distraction IMO. I love the rising foot still touching the water, and the beautiful details along the neck feathers.
Thanks everyone for viewing and commenting, very much appreciated. Here is an edit fixing the yellow on the bird and a little more room added on the right.
