Juvenile Cedar Waxwing, from about this time last year. (I had earlier posted a shot with the berry in his beak.)

D7200, 500f4 + 1.4 TC, ISO 2500, 1/1000s @ f/6.3 manual; fill @ -2.0.

A nice juvie, and the berries add good colour to the image. Just the right amount of leaves too. The eye work on the pupil is too evident for me though.

Thanks Daniel. I was probably a little over-zealous trying to get some life into the eye.
