Captured this image yesterday early morning out on the tip of Sandy Hook, NJ. We were pleasantly surprised while capturing images of 1st. winter Laughing Gulls, to have a Juvenile not only give us a flyby, but hang around to present several great opportunities, posed and in flight. C&C welcome.

    D500, Nikon 500mm f/4G + 1.4 TC, 1/3200s, f 7.1, ISO 2500, Gitzo, Wimberley Gimbal head.

Details on the bird look nice. Good pose with the wings. Bird is facing slightly away and it looks like there are buildings in the background on the left. I would use the right as the source and clone out the left side.

Thanks Isaac, and for your suggestion. Here is a repost.

Nicely done, to capture a good sharp image of this speedster. Repost is an improvement.

Agree the RP is an improvement. I think I may have actually seen this same bird (same part of SH) and managed to get about 5 OOF shots so congrats on getting this frame. I really like the view of the tucked feet. TFS
