    What a mouthful. Beautiful image, John. Like the warmth of the light and fine detail. The shade of green in the BG works well with the subject. I might add some space on the right.

    Nice action shot John. Agree with Geoffrey about the RHS. IMO, a frame with a little higher POV showing the feet, would have been better. Thank you for sharing.

    John, nice low angle (wish the feet were showing) prey is a big plus, nice details & BG, could use a bit more room on the right.

    Great shot John. I find the feather patterns and detail on the bird, esp the wings, really captivating. As pointed out by others, the background is also excellent: nice colour and softness contrasting well with the bird and nice simple foreground. I'm not bothered by the missing feet in this one as it keeps the eye focussed on those great feather patterns and details by maintaining simplicity in the composition. Thanks for sharing
