My first post as a member! I borrowed a Canon 300 f/2.8 II to try out a few weeks ago. Loved it and confirmed it takes the 1.4 and 2X TCs extremely well. I'm saving my pennies to get one. This is handheld on a 5DIV, 420mm, 1/2000, ISO 200, f/4. San Diego River flood control channel in Mission Bay.

Glad you've posted an image for us to see and critique. It's fun, you'll see, especially when offering critique on others' works too.

Well balanced comp, great perch, and I love the watery surroundings. Maybe a 1/3 or so too bright IMO, but still presents itself nicely. Hope to see more from you!
