    I always enjoy watching birds doing their wing stretches so it was nice to see your capture this. You've handled the tones in this strong light very well and brought out excellent detail. Background is great and your composition works. I'm unsure about the foreground rock with all its detail. It does dominate the image for me and draws my eye away from the bird - but I don't know there's much to do about it either. Still, I enjoyed this frame and always like a different pose or angle. Thanks for sharing.

    I agree the rock is a bit intrusive, I removed all sharpening from it,maybe I should have cropped a bit tighter and added just a little blur to the rock.
