Nice in flight shot of these little speedsters. Background is perfect. I do find the image a tiny bit dark. Also the bird looks good but I don't think the head is tack sharp. Your bird is a juvenile Least Sandpiper. You can see the yellow legs and that dark reddish brown cap.

Very very hard to get this little bird in flight. I agree with Isaac that this is a least sandpiper.
Great BG and terrific wing position. Just wish the face was sharper. Interesting that the bill is tack sharp but area around the eye and cheek are not. Still a definite keeper,

Hi Juan, great flight pose, and well done on getting this fast flyer in the frame. Good feather detail on the near underwing, and I like your clean BG.

Thank you for viewing, commenting and help with identification guys. I apply a 30/30 tonal contrast and detail extractor on the face and raised the brightness a little. I hope it shows positive results after posted.

Not easy, and a green BG too! Well done. I agree the OP is dark, with repost an improvement - but could still be 1/3 stop brighter IMO (all the while being careful with the brightest whites)

Coming in late on this one. I like the repost better but don't think I'd lighten this any further - except possibly to lift the eye a little. I don't know this species but note comments of others that they are fast flyers, so you've done extremely well to get such a nice shot. Detail looks good on both versions of this to me but I struggle with these small images. Great work Juan.
