    Default Wildlife Photographer of the Year 2017

    Initial winners announced, the link isn't great but you get a snapshot of the images.

    IMHO the overall winning image is the Seahorse, but who knows... I see one archive BPN member got a mentioned - Ashleigh Scully.

    Gee, it takes them a long time to judge this. I think entries close in November each year so that's 10 months to this initial announcement! I guess they get squillions of images.

    They get over 50,000 image submissions! Entries closed in late February or early March until very recently; they moved the deadline to December for the 2018 competition.
