This is an early morning shot of a female Red Grouse at Glen Quaich in Perthshire. Thanks for having a look.

Beautiful shot Will. Crisp detail, lovely tones and colours, great light and no obstructions in front of the bird. Background is very pretty and the crop works well. Nice one.

Really nice looking shot Will. I like the HA, environment, details and colors. I would have love to see the feet. Thank you for sharing.

Thanks for that guys, much appreciated. I'm off to Portugal for a couple of weeks, bird photography, so hope to get some new birds.

Hi Will, great low perspective here, and what a perfect pose and HA. I like the colours and detail, and overall nice and sharp. Nicely framed between the grasses.

    Enjoy your trip to Portugal.

Couldn't ask for a much better look back than that from a Grouse. Nice light and look at the bird in its habitat.
