    Default Red Knot wing flap.

This Red Knot was a stop-over for a couple of days here last September (very uncommon and newsworthy within the birding community for us). I managed to capture this photo after it took a bath in the shallows of the Ottawa River.

    Canon Rebel XT + 100-400L @400mm, 1/640, f/8, ISO200, 0 EC, handheld, ~75% of original image.

Hi Daniel I like the pose, framing and look very much Good feather detail and a plus getting the wings raised Would only tone down the saturation in the water !!!!

Great find and pose. I agree on desaturating the water a bit.
