This baby Kestrel had just left the nest and was clambering about on the ruined castle, before taking its first flight.

I like the interesting pose, excellent eye contact, and sharpness. I think there is a bit of magenta cast.

Reminds me of a wallcreeper posed like that. Cool image with a pose not often seen. I like the eye contact. Can see what a doug is saying re the cast. Looked like hard light to work with but the results are nice.

Nice to have a different pose, Will. The light looks great as does your handling. Colours are wonderful as is the subject and the detail. Great work.

Nice shot Will, regards the colour cast, I have taken into PS and applied HSL and reduced the blue element - suggest give it a try.

Thanks for the comments, much appreciated. I'll have a look at that Jon, its the colours on the stone, that I found a wee bit difficult to deal with.

Nice work here Will, interesting pose from the youngster, nice to have that opportunity. Colours already mentioned, and may make a subtle improvement

    This is really good Will!
Love the pose and the look back and who can "NOT LIKE" a castle as part of the story!
