I like this one John, a good running pose with the front foot where it is, nice colours and the grass adds an extra layer of interest

Lovely image of the Ibis striding along the beach. The vegetation in the bill makes the image more interesting. Looking at the image I wonder if there is more detail in the whites that can be squeezed out. I think the frothy foam and specular highlights is unfortunate. Thank you for sharing.

You've captured this behaviour well, skillfully handled and processed. Eye colour is really interesting and great contrast with the facial skin and bill. IQ is great and the lighting adjustments look good to me overall - but wonder if a touch more can be pulled out of the top of the bird, just behind the neck?

Lovely shot John, theta fast shutter speed really nailed the image - well done. Lovely feather details coming out, I do think that perhaps there is even more detail to be had using luminosity masks.

    I really like this John.
Love the exposure on the whites and the behavior portrayed.
The vegetation in the beak and fully raised foot as he runs ashore are a real bonus.
Image techs are excellent. Nice and sharp.
It is a bit unfortunate that the foam with the specular highlights is right behind the bill. I would definitely clone out the specular highlights.
    A fine image indeed!
