    DOF just about there on the bee which is well focused. I get the impression that the bee is a little lost amongst all the yellow so impact is reduced.

    Bees can be tough to photograph as they always seem to have their head stuck down into the flower or are constantly on the move. Good job getting this one sharp at 1/40 without flash! The bee also gave you a nice pose. Well done!
