Slow day at the Bayside area of choice for me, but one visitor made the day worthwhile. Not sure if this is the same juvie White-tailed I saw a few weeks ago but sure looks like it. He watched me nervously for a few minutes that then bid me a good day.

Lovely bird and treatment. Fabulous image quality too. I suspect it could benefit from lifting the eyes and eye sockets a little.

I agree with Glenn, and I'd also have pointed my lens down a bit more to get the subject higher in the frame. I like the stare, and the way the talons are clutching the perch.

Hi Jay, love everything except for the harsh light, the WTK is all about those intense red eyes, and they have deep eye sockets which makes it even more difficult to make a good image when the sun is too high up in the sky. You got some good opportunities keep up the good work

Very nice Jay. One of your best in my opinion. Lift the shadows on the eyes and you have one great looking frame. Well done.
