Pleased to share another image of Superb Starling with different pose and background. For this image, BG was better but there were some area where grey sky was visible. So I have tried to modify, for the first time, the BG by using free transform to stretch the BG. I am sure there is room for much improvement to get to perfect selection of the subject. As always, comments and suggestions will be appreciated.

Really neat looking bird here defiantly does not look happy. Crazy colors as well. Looks a little tight all around.

This is a great capture Jay. The sharpness and colour are really wonderful. I agree with John that a bit more room around the bird would be good. Also pulling the contrast back a little or lightening shadows on the head area would improve, IMHO.

Thank you Glenn for your comments. I did pull back the shadows around the throat. But due to wide dynamic range, this part did not have further details to be extracted.

Thank you, John, for your comments. I did consider providing more room, but it means adding canvas at the bottom which I like to avoid unless inevitable.

Love the colours and the pose. Facial expression is priceless. Agree that the bird needs more room to breath.
