    Every winter we might get a few Wood Ducks in our area, here is a cooperative hen.
    I liked how the trees reflection played in the water.

    I really like the dark and moody feel of this image.Bird looks great. Agree that the patterns in the water are very interesting. I think the bird is a little too low in the frame and I would prefer a little more room below the reflection.

    Thanks Isaac, there was no more room on the bottom, I just cropped the left/top for position.

    A beautiful shot - made better by the reflections as you've noted. I like the crop as is. The only issue I see is the similarity in tone between the bird and the water but probably not much you can do about that.

    I love the complimentary colors here. Something about the image has me trying to re-align it in my mind but as you say the original is a bit tight in the frame.

    The water is spectacular! Awesome lines and patterns. Unfortunate that the reflection is so close to the bottom edge, but all else is pretty cool.
