Hi Jon - Very simple, yet effective portrait with no distractions. It does seem a bit dark though, perhaps 1/3 to 1/2 underexposed. If it were mine I might also take just a sliver off the lhs to move it a bit more off-center.

    TFS,
    Rachel

Nice portrait here with a good head angle and nice detail.

Hi Jon, excellent portrait of a Hare out in he open.

Nice space and like Stu's image the slight head turn towards camera helps IMHO. Techs also look good, but don't be afraid to up the DoF, think the old days, so f/9 perhaps, but looks good as presented. To me the WB looks off, too cool (blue), just up the Temp, Whites and add a smidgen of Saturation will take it where it needs to go.

Thanks for the feedback everyone much appreciated.
I did a couple of versions I hear what you say about exposure but I sort of liked this version.
Steve my original was almost identical to yours but I still like this version best but thank you.

    Hiya Jon,

a lovely clean simple portrait,it conveys incredible alertness to me. Jon I really like the wet fur it adds for me. I feel I smidge off the left would help aswell as per Rachel's comment Is this all of the frame Jon?

Jon your note to Steve.... could I ask a small favour please, to see that original edit you did ,would that be ok? I'm really curious where you went with regards to colour and WB Cheers for sharing this Jon always inspiring your hares

    take care

    Stu
