    I've stood on the top of this one, about 300 m (975 ft) from the valley floor. The height of the photographed section is about 80 m (260 ft). Location Bylong NSW Australia
    Taken from a distance with 1DXII 70-200mm f/2.8L II & 2xIII 400mm 1/500 f13 iso 800. Slight crop.

    Hi Colin

    Nice piece of rock here. Would light up beautifully no doubt in the late afternoon light. I think it could do with a little more sharpening ..

    Nice rock formation. I would add a touch more contrast to the scene and a little more sharpening as Don mentions. If you are able to photograph this location in late afternoon light the rocks would look great. They do appear a little bit flat here

    Interesting subject not so interesting light. Still would be worth a revisit a few times if it is close to you.

    Hi Colin, I think yhis work work better as a vertical putting more emphasis on the rock formation and i agree about more contrast and I would lower the highlights a tad also.
