    Default It's a mealworm...so what...?

    This little owl was eating up the mealworms and seemed to have some attitude when photographed.

    1Dx2 with 400mm DOii and 1.4xtc MkII. ISO100, f9 1/1000
    Cropped to about 80% on height and highlights tamed. I am not sure if the tc is as sharp as I thought as it needed more sharpening than I expected.

    prey cool, I like the pose and display of the talons, nice perch and BG. wish the eye was fully open. the image has a slight green cast. Why are you using the obsolete TC with your new lens? you need to get the MKIII. it's tack sharp BTW.

    Hi Mike, great light, and I like the feeding behaviour. Comp wise. I would like to have seen a traditional landscape comp.
